How It Works
1. Send us your photos first. Use the form below to tell us what you have and attach a few phone photos. We'll tell you honestly what your pieces can and can't become.
2. Get a quote. We'll propose the pieces, the price, and the timeline. A 25% deposit secures your spot.
3. Get it to us. Ship it with the packing instructions we send or skip shipping entirely and bring your pieces to our next show.
4. Approve the work. Before anything comes back, you'll see photos of the finished pieces.
5. Enjoy it for another generation. We ship insured, or can hand it back at a future show.
A Word About Risk (because we'd rather say it now than after)
Drilling and cutting vintage china carries a small inherent chance of breakage, and so does shipping. We've handled hundreds of pieces and take every precaution, including asking you to send a spare plate or two from the set when you have them. But shipping insurance covers dollar value, not sentimental value, and we'd never pretend otherwise. Before we start, we'll both sign a short plain-language agreement that spells out exactly what happens if the worst occurs. Most customers tell us this page is why they trusted us.
Most single pieces run $40 to $85 depending on the piece and hardware. Transforming a full set into multiple keepsakes typically runs $150 to $300. Your quote is fixed before you send anything.
